About Gerald Marion
Gerald’s career spans continents, sectors, and disciplines. Before joining Eight Inc., he held senior leadership roles at Bupa APAC, EY, Deloitte and Aureos Capital, where he led strategic and customer transformation efforts at scale.
Gerald has a long-standing relationship with Eight Inc., having served as Bupa’s Executive Sponsor for a multi-year customer experience transformation programme and as a former Strategy and Innovation Partner at EY on similar initiatives. This enduring collaboration underscores a deep alignment of vision, values, and value creation approach. Additionally, Gerald contributes to the future of business and design education as an adjunct professor at the University of Queensland Business School and as an advisory board member at RMIT University.
